Organic

The heart and soul of our business is the organic approach we take to looking after your garden. All gardens are unique living organisms, whose needs and problems and issues are dealt with as a whole. Nature usually provides us with it’s own way of dealing with things, and it is these natural and organic solutions that we use to look after your garden and our environment as a whole. We take great pride in this approach and we would never, ever, consider diverting from this approach. Firstly, because it works! And secondly, because we care about what this planet will look like after most of us have left it behind!

Quality

We may work at lightning speed but the one thing we will never compromise on is quality. Our teams are trained to power through the simple tasks your garden requires but take a little more time on the things that need some extra care. The team leaders first task on entering the garden is to do a quick assessment of what needs doing and then to organise the team onto tasks accordingly. If we don’t think we can complete the requested work to a sufficient quality within the time frame of your visit, we will always speak to you to discuss this instead of cutting corners and offering a sub-standard service.

On time

On time

We are very conscious of how precious time is. We will always endeavor to attend your garden as close to your appointment time as possible. Our biggest enemy most days is fighting the traffic between gardens, so if we are running late we will inform you as soon as we can. With most of our regular customers we no longer require for them to be at home while we attend to their gardens. They would also testify how great we are at managing our time once in the garden. We work at lightning speed to ensure we get as much done as possible within the allotted time frame.

Trends in garden design and planting come and go like the changes of the seasons. I love keeping on top of these trends by reading gardening magazines; visiting places such as The Royal Horticultural Society gardens at Wisley; attending events like The Chelsea Flower Show; and of course, talking to my suppliers to find out what is new and exciting at the nursery. So whether it’s emulating the latest gold-medal-winner from Chelsea or a traditional cottage garden feel you are after, we are capable to (first) inform whether that type of design/planting is suitable for your garden; and (second) create that garden for you.
